Flexi Sesshin (A week long flexible meditation retreat) begins on this day. Flexi Sesshin is the first SMZ retreat for the year and is of a more relaxed structure, where sitters can choose to go to work during day and return to Zendo morning and evenings).

A more intensive training opportunity is available on the final three days of flexi Sesshin where regular Sesshin sitting hours are available.

Flexi Sesshin ends on 22nd of January.
